Delete Your AYAMI Account

You can delete your AYAMI account inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. 1Open the AYAMI app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap the Profile tab.
  3. 3Select Delete Account.
  4. 4Review the account deletion information shown on screen.
  5. 5Tap Delete My Account.
  6. 6Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

If you already deleted the app or cannot access it, send your request to our privacy team.

  • Email cancelaccount@ayami.io from the email address registered to your AYAMI account.
  • Include the mobile number linked to your account so we can verify the request.
  • Use a clear subject line such as "AYAMI Account Deletion Request."
  • If you no longer have access to your registered email, explain that in the message so our team can help with identity verification.

What happens after deletion

  • Your access to the AYAMI app will be removed.
  • Your profile and contact information will be removed from active use.
  • Once your identity is verified, our team will process your request.

Data that may be retained

  • Certain records may be retained only in anonymized form where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or product integrity.
